With a background in business management and economics, Josh joined REOC Austin in 2005 as a member of the Land and Investment Team. He has developed an in-depth knowledge of the Austin Metropolitan Area land market.

Josh represents users, developers and investors in buying and selling commercial, multi-family and single-family development land, as well as investment and income-producing properties. Josh has expertise in seller and buyer representation, site location, acquisition and disposition, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Mapping Technology, investment analysis, investment properties, and financial analysis.
